Return Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, for all returns our suppliers require that your purchase be inspected for damage at the time of delivery. If glass or mirrors are broken refuse the delivery and contact us to inform us of the refusal at HomeMedicineCabinets.com. We will credit a refund or exchange your order.

*It is your responsibility to check that all items are correct before signing for the package.

*Our suppliers take every precaution in packing their products to insure the safe arrival of your order. However, once the order is shipped it is your responsibility to inspect the package at time of delivery for possible damage incurred during shipping.

**Order Cancellations: Contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order. If order has not been processed there will be no charge. If your order has been processed and credit card charged there will be a 5% transaction fee for the cancellation. If item is already shipped, you may refuse the order at the time of delivery, following the above guidelines. Please note there is no way for us to cancel a shipment while in transit. There will be a 25% restocking fee.

Backorder Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Shipping Policies

Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

Damaged Goods Policy

To return a damaged package for an exchange or full refund you must.....

* Inspect package at time of delivery for damages.
* Make note of the damage on the delivery receipt and refuse the delivery.
* Ask freight carrier for a copy of the delivery receipt.
* Contact us at (903)452-2929 or HomeMedicineCabinets.com to inform us of the refusal so we can track the order back to our supplier and process your exchange or refund.

**Do not sign for package until you inspect it for damage. Once you sign for the package you accept ownership of the package and it cannot be returned to the manufacture for a full refund.

**If you do not want to inspect the package at the time of delivery and suspect damage write on the delivery receipt " not inspected possible damage" and note any visible damage to the package. When package is opened and damage is found you can only make a damage claim with the freight carrier.
